The purpose of the study was to identify predictive factors in the areas of vocational stability and job satisfaction for potential teachers of postsecondary technology subjects. Of the seven stability factors and five factors investigated, age, educational level, and high scores on the Vocational Preference Index were considered most important. (DS)
