Trade and Industrial Teachers' Perceptions of In-Service Instructional Competencies

Significant differences were found between beginning trade and industrial secondary teachers and teacher educators in their assessments of instructional competencies. The author suggests that data from this study and input from teachers be considered when planning Ohio's inservice certification program for nondegree trade and industrial teachers. (MF)
