High-Tech Schools and Low-Tech Teaching. A Commentary.
Cuban, Larry
Journal of Computing in Teacher Education, v14 n2 p6-7 Win 1998
Both college faculty and public school teachers make limited, unimaginative use of new technologies, despite having equipment available.
