Literacy and Technology: Reflections and Insights for Technological Literacy.

Works of over 200 authors were examined using dialectical inquiry and phenomenological reflection, revealing six literacy themes (cognitive performance, cultural identity, knowledgeability, language communication, reading and writing, and utility) and seven technology themes (ambiance, artefact, evolution, invention, knowledge, praxis, and technique). Results were used to derive outcomes for technological literacy. (SK)
