Self-actualization: Its Use and Misuse in Teacher Education.
Ivie, Stanley D.
Journal of Teacher Education, v33 n5 p24-27 Sep-Oct 1982

After pointing out that self-actualization is a rare quality and that it has little to do with formal education, the author concludes that the concept has little practical relevance for teacher education.
