How Do University Administrators Evaluate Education Deans?

This study sought to determine how Deans of Education are evaluated by Vice Presidents or Vice Chancellors of Academic Affairs. A questionnaire responded to by 66 vice presidents asked about criteria used in evaluating deans and the importance of the criteria. The findings and their implications are considered. (MT)
