A New Paradigm for Teacher Licensure: Oregon's Demand for Evidence of Success in Fostering Learning.
Schalock, H. Del; Myton, David V.
Journal of Teacher Education, v39 n6 p8-16 Nov-Dec 1988

Rationale, implementation mechanisms, and implications for individuals, institutions, and agencies are discussed. (IAH)
