Juvenile Diversion Follow-Up: Participant Impressions.
Fischer, Donald G.
Canadian Journal of Special Education, v4 n2 p151-60 1988
Youths (N=58), parents (N=70), and victims (N=100) were interviewed three-five years after participation in a juvenile diversion program involving youth-victim restitution and token compensation. Results indicated that parent, youth, and victim feelings toward diversion were still positive and that youth-victim reconciliation was often effected by apologies by the youths. (Author/DB)
