Special Education in the Last Twenty Years: Have Things Really Got Better?
Farrell, Peter
British Journal of Special Education, v28 n1 p3-9 Mar 2001

It is argued that more inclusive practices and an enhanced role for parents have brought about positive developments. (Contains references.) (Author/CR)
