Integrating Cardiovascular Health Education with an English Curriculum in a Secondary School.

The impact on cognitive and attitude retention of a cardiovascular health education unit that was integrated within high school English classes was studied in this article. Results indicate that a joint effort between health education and liberal arts assists students in retaining facts related to cardiovascular health. (Author/DF)
