The Goals + Plans = Success (GPS) LifePlan is a new and innovative approach to assist and support students in answering critical questions that give direction to their pursuit of success. The program has brought impressive cultural changes to Century College. It benefited new students by establishing a framework for critical decision making that has been embraced across the college as a program used in orientation and stressed to students through the curriculum.
