Teacher Perceptions of Temperament Characteristics of Children Classified as Learning Disabled.
Cardell, Cheryl D.; Parmar, Rene S.
Journal of Learning Disabilities, v21 n8 p497-502 Oct 1988
The study comparing responses of the teachers of learning disabled (LD) seven-year-olds on the Temperament Assessment Battery to those of teachers of non-LD students found that teachers of LD students consistently evidenced perceptions in the negative direction suggesting that social ability, adjustment, and persistence contribute to the definition of the LD child's temperament.
