Survey of 156 of 700 Association for Continuing Higher Education members revealed most ethical dilemmas in conflicts with supervisors/administrators, faculty, students, and colleagues/staff. No apparent ethical problems were reported by 23 percent. Concerns centered on mistreatment of vulnerable groups such as students and organizational/program integrity. (SK)
