An Overview of Blacks in British Higher Education.
Taylor, Paul
Journal of Blacks in Higher Education, n19 p130-31 Spr 1998
Describes the status of blacks in British higher education. In 1990, the British government began keeping statistics on university admissions by race and ethnic origin. The level of black participation in undergraduate programs at traditional British universities is about 37% lower than it would be if equality with the black percentage of the British population were achieved.
