The Academic Career as a Developmental Process: Implications for Higher Education.
Baldwin, Roger G.; Balckburn, Robert T.
Journal of Higher Education, v52 n6 p598-614 Nov-Dec 1981

Important implications for faculty and administrators are discussed. (Author/MLW)
