The Identification and Estimation of a University's Economic Impacts

A group of economic models are developed to estimate the economic impacts of a university on business firms, state and municipal governments, and individuals. The results indicate that the University of Rhode Island is associated with both negative and positive economic impacts. (Editor/LBH)
