Betrayed by the Academy: The Sexual Harassment of Women College Faculty.

Data from a national survey of 9,402 women college faculty were analyzed to document the prevalence of sexual harassment among women college faculty, create a profile of women who have been harassed, examine factors leading to harassment, and explore the outcomes of harassment. Results show sexual harassment to be a complex pattern of factors, with a clear pattern of negative consequences. (Author/MSE)
