Describes the design and evaluation of a South African workshop to raise 70 psychology students' awareness of their own racism, prejudices, and stereotypes, and the impact of prejudice on relationships; and to improve intergroup attitudes and behaviors. Changes in some attitudes occurred, but not in all areas. The workshop was found to have an intense emotional impact. (Author/MSE)
