Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Classroom: Does It Promote Student Learning?
Terenzini, Patrick T.; Cabrera, Alberto F.; Colbeck, Carol L.; Bjorklund, Stefani A.; Parente, John M.
Journal of Higher Education, v72 n5 p509-31 Sep-Oct 2001

The nature of that effect, however, may be curvilinear. (Author/EV)
