Expectancies Underlying the Acceptability of Handicaps: The Pervasiveness of the Medical Model
Abroms, Kippy; Kodera, Thomas L.
Southern Journal of Educational Research, 12, 1, 7-20, Win 78

Students adhered to the medical model, basing their judgments of acceptability on the amenability of a given handicap to medical intervention. (JC)
