Does Teacher Oral Reading of Test Items Affect the Performance of Students of Varying Reading Ability?
Homan, Susan P.; And Others
Journal of Educational Research, v79 n6 p363-65 Jul-Aug 1986

The findings suggested that having teachers read test items aloud during standardized tests yielded higher scores for both groups than having students read for themselves. (Author/MT)
