Impact of Work Experience on the Validity of Student Evaluations of Teaching Effectiveness.
Firth, Michael
Journal of Educational Psychology, v71 n5 p726-30 Oct 1979

Increasing maturity and job experience did not significantly alter student evaluations of relative teaching effectiveness. (Author/RD)
