Which Students Benefit from Self-Paced Mastery Instruction and Why.
Stinard, Thomas A.; Dolphin, Warren D.
Journal of Educational Psychology, v73 n5 p754-63 Oct 1981

Students with less science preparation showed greater achievement under self-paced mastery testing than their counterparts under conventional testing. (Author/BW)
