Papua New Guinea Students' Perceptions of Mathematics Lecturers.
Clarkson, Philip C.
Journal of Educational Psychology, v76 n6 p1386-95 Dec 1984
This exploratory study investigated whether Papua New Guinea university students and their western counterparts perceive lecturers similarly. Survey forms listed performance facets judged important by American and Australian students. Papua New Guinea students differed primarily because they did not distinguish between the organizational quality of the lecture and lecturer-student rapport. (Author/BS)
