Cognitive Results Based on Different Ages of Entry to School: A Comparative Study
Austin, Gilbert R.; Postlethwaite, T. Neville
Journal of Educational Psychology, 66, 6, 857-63, Dec 74

Possible explanations lie in developmental learning sequences, variations between homes and qualitative planning. (BJG)
