Describes modification of "Alcohol and Drunkenness" program (originally designed to provide Israeli high school students with necessary skills to prevent excessive drinking) for use with students living in kibbutz. Explains changes in values and norms in kibbutzim in recent years and describes program's new structure and subjects. Problems encountered in modification are discussed as are solutions. (Author/NB)
