The Del Mod Approach to Continuing Education for High School Teachers

Describes an inservice education system for secondary chemistry teachers called the Del Mod System. The activities in the system were based on recommendations gathered from secondary chemistry teachers during a two-year visitation program and included laboratory activities, a study of new developments in curriculum and methodology, and assessment of the secondary chemistry courses currently being taught.
