Stemming the Tide: Using Career Week Activities to Recruit Future Chemists

A report to maintain US dominance in the science by actively recruiting future chemists from the chemistry classroom is presented. The report showed that conducting career week on regular basis could help to prevent further erosion of US's "dominance in sciences".
