Evaluation of a Self-Instructional Program in Stress Management for College Students.

Results of an investigation to evaluate the effectiveness of a portable self-instructional stress management program for college students are reported. Program components (five self-contained learning stations) are described. Program effectiveness was measured, using several instruments, by changes in subjects'(n=150) knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to stress. (IAH)
