The report finds that access to high-quality educational opportunities is crucial to helping children succeed in an increasingly complex, global society and argues that the United States needs a learning system that redefines student success, recognizes how students learn throughout the day and year, integrates various approaches to acquiring and reinforcing knowledge, and provides new leadership and professional development opportunities.
