Factors that Predict Teachers Staying In, Leaving, or Transferring from the Special Education Classroom.
Miller, M. David; Brownell, Mary T.; Smith, Stephen W.
Exceptional Children, v65 n2 p201-18 Win 1999

Teachers left special education teaching primarily due to insufficient certification, perceptions of high stress, and perceptions of poor school climate. (Author/CR)
