Two studies investigated the extent to which high school students (N=12 and N=6) with such handicaps as moderate mental retardation, learning handicaps, and deafness could learn work behaviors in a technological setting. After training, these students were judged by graduate students and high school students to be significantly more vocationally competent. (Author/DB)
