If the majority group wishes to avoid fragmentation of education along ethnic lines, it must revise a policy of residual multiculturalism in the mainstream schools combined with encouragement of ethnic separatism through support of part- or full-time ethnic schools and apply a policy of full-scale multicultural education with national language at all levels.
