Construct Validity of Scores on a Developmental Assessment with Mathematical Patterns Tasks.

Three analytic approaches were used in a framework of classical test theory to examine the construct validity of a mathematics assessment of 16 constructed response items. Results from 280 elementary school students across four age groups suggest a developmental structure of tasks and subdomains that was generally consistent with the test's intended design. (SLD)
