Scale Invariance from a Three-Dimensional Graphical Perspective: Visualizing an Eigenvector.
Ludlow, Larry H.
Educational and Psychological Measurement, v58 n2 p166-78 Apr 1998
The invariance characteristics of the Attitudes toward Mathematics and Its Teaching Scale (K. Bell, 1995) were studied at three time points with 50 student teachers. Various three-dimensional graphical analyses were undertaken to show scale invariance in ways not possible through static numerical summaries. Of note is the graphical representation of an eigenvector. (SLD)
