Factor Structure of the Job Stress Questionnaire (JSQ) in Three Occupational Groups.

This study analyzed the internal consistency and factorial composition of the Job Stress Questionnaire (JSQ) and compared its factor structure across three occupational groups as well. The results indicated acceptable reliabilities for three of four subscales while factor analysis revealed limited support for the factorial validity of the instruments. (Author/LMO)
