Students' Rating of Speak Out Television Programme.

A study of 300 secondary students in Lagos State (Nigeria) evaluated Speak Out television. Found that an instructional television enhances the teaching-learning process, that students viewing educational television demonstrated greater participation and interest, and that the location of the community (urban versus rural) in which children attend school influences performance.
