The personal and teaching efficacy of 39 teachers in a graduate education course was assessed before and after 36 hours of exposure to a learner-centered model of instruction, in which instructional strategies and activities were matched to participants' knowledge and learning styles. Regression analysis indicates positive intervention effects for certain participants. Contains 41 references and detailed statistical discussion. (SV)
