Examines authorship patterns in the Alberta Journal of Educational Research for eight five-year intervals, 1955-94. Single authorships decreased from 85% of articles in 1955-59 to less than 50% during 1975-89. The proportion of articles with three or more authors increased considerably after 1980. (SV)
