An Empirical Analysis of a Multicultural Education Paradigm for Preservice Teachers.
Grottkau, Beverly J.; Nickolai-Mays, Susanne
Educational Research Quarterly, v13 n4 p27-33 1989
The extent to which exposure to ongoing multicultural education experiences can change/reduce bias toward culturally different groups was studied for 51 education majors and 71 college students who had not taken a multicultural human relations course. Prolonged exposure to cultural diversity can produce attitude change in teacher education students. (SLD)
