Teacher/Mothers: Effects of a Dual Role.

In this 3-year study, interviews documented how 18 teachers of kindergarten through grade 3, who were mothers of young children, perceived the effects of their dual roles. The advantages and problems of these dual roles are discussed, and the coping strategies associated with both roles are identified. (SLD)
