Evaluating Educational Programs When Experimental Design Is Inappropriate.
Legare, Thomas L.
Educational Research Quarterly, v5 n2 p37-49 Sum 1980

Findings confirmed a concept of attribution theory: trainees and instructors tended to have similar responses, while agency supervisor responses were different. (Author/RL)
