Educational Attainment and the Affluent Citizen's Lack of Faith in School Administration.
Educational Research Quarterly, v6 n1 p25-31 Spr 1981
Determinants of loss of public faith in education are investigated. Data from a national public opinion survey are used to examine one possible explanation. Results suggest that income can have an effect independent of educational attainment; that is, higher income persons tend to be less confident in the schools. (Author/AL)
