Defining Classroom Writing Competence: A Paradigmatic Perspective.
Mosenthal, Peter
Review of Educational Research, v53 n2 p217-51 Sum 1983

It is shown that each of these paradigms makes contradictory claims as to what constitutes the principal causative context of classroom writing competence. The sociopolitical implications for these paradigms are discussed. (Author/PN)
