Latent Partition Analysis of Attributions for Actual Achievement.
Willson, Victor L.; Palmer, Douglas J.
American Educational Research Journal, v20 n4 p581-89 Win 1983
Experiments were conducted to determine undergraduates' attributions for examination performance. A latent partition analysis of subjects' categories was performed by another group of educational psychology students. Combined attribution clusters reflected locus of control and stability dimensions. Students differentiated attribution clusters only into success and failure ascriptions. (Author/DWH)
