Effects of Knowledge of Semantic Roles on Summarizing Written Prose.
Christopherson, Steven L.
Contemporary Educational Psychology, v6 n1 p59-65 Jan 1981

Students wrote better summaries when instructed to use major semantic roles within the passage. (Author/RD)
