Conceptual Process as a Function of Age and Enforced Attention in Learning-Disabled Children: Evidence for Deficient Rule Learning.
Swanson, Lee
Contemporary Educational Psychology, v7 n2 p152-60 Apr 1982

A modified reception paradigm using three bidimensional rules and two instructional conditions was used to test the hypothesis that deficient rule learning rather than inattention is responsible for poor learning in disabled children.
