Perceptions of Academic Quality among Students with a Hearing Loss in Distance Education.
Richardson, John T. E.; Woodley, Alan
Journal of Educational Psychology, v93 n3 p563-70 Sep 2001
Compared perceptions of academic quality in higher education students with hearing loss taking courses by distance learning and students with no disability taking same courses. Students classified as hard of hearing produced significantly lower ratings of appropriateness of academic workload than did students with no disability, but ratings by deaf students were not significantly different from comparison group.
