Old and New Beliefs about Measurement-Driven Reform: "Build It and They Will Come".
Noble, Audrey J.; Smith, Mary Lee
Educational Policy, v8 n2 p111-36 Jun 1994
Recent incorporation of a performance assessment in Arizona's test mandate provides an opportunity to examine the assumptions and beliefs underlying measurement-driven reform.
