Meeting New Teachers' Personal Needs
Hoerr, Thomas R.
Educational Leadership, v62 n8 p82-84 May 2005

Meanwhile, it is the lack of attention to the personal needs of the novice teachers that leads to frustration and it is important that this problem be addressed so that teacher retention improves.
